Long hours at the #filmshoot with heavy lights or glaring sun and tones of makeup on for years..how to look after my skin was my concern!! So here again I found good doctors and experts to take advice from and started taking care ( better late then never ! ) we take hours to get ready n that’s given in an actors life.. I believe we need to take as much time n care while taking the makeup off as it can get #toxic for our #skin ..I take time while removing makeup.. the steps are easy.. 1) eye makeup remover 2) face makeup remover, then use 3)virgin coconut oil and use 4)hot towels to wipe ..5) wash with face soap n rinse properly also use,6) makeup remover wipes and then 7) moisturiser before putting 8) eye n face mask !! Lastly 9) night cream ,good oil or whatever is good for your type of skin!! #skincare #makeup #skincareroutine #glow India

I am a big advocate for preventative healthcare and having gone through the pain and agony of cancer myself I know that if there is a way to prevent it, it must be made the norm.
India has some of the highest cervical cancer cases and up to 25% of cervical cancer-related deaths in the world occur in India.
This is why I am so thrilled to learn that the Department of Biotechnology, the Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council under the Ministry of Science and Technology, India have pioneered the HPV Vaccine to create an easy pathway to protect the lives of women and girls from cervical cancer.
I extend my deepest gratitude to @ddrjitendrasingh, Hon’ble Minister of State of the Ministry of Science and Technology & Earth Sciences and India’s science community for giving every girl and woman the power to fight cervical cancer with this vaccine.
