Just seeing the news that the Australian Press Council has condemned the Sydney Morning Herald and their journalists for their recent grubby behaviour in trying to out my same-sex relationship. And while I didn’t personally ask for any action to be taken I am glad that this has been officially recorded and recognized. Their actions did cause Ramona and I a lot of distress and while we’ve remained classy, there are still pains from having to rush this news publicly which we are dealing with. It’s the 10 year anniversary of PITCH PERFECT today! 10 years!! Wow!! Love to everyone involved with these films – the highest grossing musical comedy films of ALL TIME!!! We love our fans and are so grateful to you! I’ll be playing the soundtracks whilst I’m at the gym today, remembering all those fun times!! I wanted to say the biggest congratulations to my dear friend Ms Miky Lee for being honoured last night with the Pillar Award at the Academy Museum Gala. Miky’s life itself would make an amazing Hollywood movie – she’s such a role model to me and I admire her so so much! She’s girl power, she’s international, she’s an outsider who has just absolutely crushed in Hollywood and is building an amazing legacy. Much respect and lots of love Miky! 💗⭐️💗⭐️
