I’m not gonna say something ridiculous and that this is the best stuffing recipe of all time…and you have to make it. I will say it’s the best stuffing I’ve ever made…it’s everything I want…super simple. Insanely delicious…why use dried bread and add tons of liquid later. Just use fresh bread with the right density, eggs butter, veg, Dust off the poultry seasoning, get some tubed breakfast sausage and you are pretty much ready to go. Secret weapon: The mandarin oranges act as the sweet and sour balancing out the richness. It’s genius. We talk this stuffing on this weeks @recipeclub.
