This video was made for the Chosen. These words still ring true even though this was made over a month ago… I know this platform isn’t normally used to show us humans in our raw form. It rarely shows the journey we all go through in between the highlights we post. Here is me. In my raw form practicing vulnerability. Have not stopped since…. For the sake of humanity I ask you to begin practicing doing the same. You will begin to expand your capacity to experience things on a deeper level. You will quite literally find yourself. The real you. Not the one society forced you to create.. Lastly.. Fuck being cool… tell your loved ones how you feel. How you’re REALLY doing. More importantly check in with yourself and don’t be afraid of what you see. Nor judge it.. but instead be kind and accept that part of yourself with compassion and understanding . I love all of you. My heart is filled with joy to be on this planet. Learning how to human. Learning that we no longer need to hide ourselves. New Earth on the way 🌍✌🏽

Hey, guys I’m Khy and I made this a week and a half ago.. at a wellness center for Mental Health. 30 days of my life dedicated to healing deep trauma. I’ve discovered it to be a lifelong journey. But along the way I’ve picked up a few gems. Nothing thrills me more than to share those with others. I love and appreciate you all. No more unkindness towards yourself. You’ve been through enough. Be gentle. Treat yourself with love because you deserve it.

This was the day that many things in my life came full circle. A confirmation from God, the Universe itself, said to do nothing more but continue. It was one of those days where the signs were not subtle but loud and bold. My heart is expanding with each moment. I am a phoenix. This day was a very special one. Nothing but grateful for the people still in my life, just now entering, and the ones on the way.
