Mostly because I get to do one of my most favourite things when the air is a little nippy- to soak in some sun.
Back in Delhi when I was an undergrad staying in the college hostel, sun was the only source of heat and warmth in the unforgiving cold and God knows how many hours in a day I’ve spent on the lovely college lawns of St. Stephens in the north campus of the university.

Today was a bit of a slow day. Mostly because I didn’t feel like doing anything today and these rains don’t make it easier. What I was feeling inside reflected on the target paper. I guess we need to understand that everyday is not a Sunday and it’s fine to have some blah days. That being said, I guess the key is consistency, which believe me is easier said than done. I think of myself as a fairly active person but I do have trouble keeping “at it” from time to time. So trying to be consistent is my new mantra. At the same time I’m still going to be kind to myself, listen to my body and indulge myself once in a while. It seems like I’m contradicting myself but maybe it’s just about finding the right balance between pushing yourself and knowing when to stop to smell the flowers. 🌻
