We have to consistently ask ourselves, “am I being the person that I want to be?” It’s too easy to float through life getting pulled in a direction we don’t want to be going. We have to make time to be conscious of how we are living and the choices we are making. We have to have a target and take aim or we will be aimless and a product of our circumstance. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know exactly what you want; the target can and will change. We will constantly be reorienting as we learn more about ourselves and the world. But you have to ask yourself the question and step up to the plate… are you being the person you want to be? 🎯

I’ve always had more of a taekwondo stance so trying to get the Muay Thai one down is hard 🥴I don’t look nearly as cool as @sini.lau but he’s getting me back in shape! 👊
