A Marc Jacobs Heaven meets Vivienne Westwood fusion was our interpretation of the punk theme! This was my most sentimental runway look and of course it was one of the last runway categories! Winona painstakingly hand knitted this jumper for me while also writing her own dissertation and dealing will all my copious pre drag race meltdowns and last minute decision making. Not getting to wear this on the runway was the most heartbreaking aspect of being eliminated, so as soon as I was, I ran to go put it on so the world got to see the weeks and weeks of work that went into this look! Winona made herself a matching jumper to go with mine over the summer and I couldn’t be more pleased with how these looks turned out! 💜❤️
