Last run until next time. Too much to say. Too much rage, anger, pain. But the ocean always sees me through. So today, I sat and watched her. Calm, peaceful, emerald. Gathering my thoughts. Helping me understand how vast she is, nature. Here to stay. While we are truly nothing in comparison. No answers. Just…something I know…while I gather my thoughts.
These are the victims of the latest school shooting in the United States of America. There have been 27 school shootings to date. This. Year. 🖤 These kids had just had an awards ceremony that morning. Many had made honor roll and proudly held up their certificates for pictures. Some had just had their birthdays 🖤 But it doesn’t matter what I say, how many tweets I RT. It won’t make a difference. It won’t change bc the people in power are more interested in getting paid. 🖤 Let’s match them at their own game. Majority of Americans don’t want this. If each person who wants this to stop, donated even a $1 to: @bradybuzz @giffordscourage @everytown and/or @momsdemand We, the people, can make the change we want to see happen.

I finally got to do it! This bookworm finally got to record a book. And not just any book, a book about magic! But sitting back bc of indifference, bc you can’t fully agree across the board isn’t an excuse. Not anymore. This woman in Afghanistan is dancing in solidarity with the women of Iran. This pure and beautiful act is, in itself, considered an act of aggression in Afghanistan. #bravery #mahsaamini
The simple act of singing, without hijabs is an example in bravery. Imagine that. Here, these women sing “Bella Ciao”, in Farsi. A song which is accepted to have been the Italian anthem of resistance against fascists. I send my love and support to these women, and every woman fighting for her basic human right. Training with @trainedbyphil was somewhere between being Bane and loving gluttony. But damn we worked hard. 💪🏽 One of the warmest, most dedicated humans on this planet. Who I get to have in my life from now on?! How absolutely amazing for me. ♥️
And that’s a wrap. I’ve met some of the kindest, sweetest people filming this show. Had some of the best laughs. I’m sad to leave them but so deeply grateful, because I’ll always carry the joy and love they’ve brought into my life. 🎥 Looking forward to being able to share more with you.

This drawing is based off of a picture which was taken when Gabi first joined the fam. She was so tiny and she looked to Eloise for love, straightway. Eloise, being so big and gentle, let Gabi just latch onto her. This is that moment, captured of my furry babies, my Eloise. I’ll see you on the 🌈 bridge, my sweet girl.

If we’re being completely honest, this isn’t about protecting anything. Because if it were, the ones supporting this bill would take on the responsibility of supporting: the loved ones and the child born with debilitating illness as they live out their lives in and out of hospitals; the woman who was raped and the child forced to be born from that rape; the woman who can’t pay for the upbringing of this child and the child who goes hungry & without the opportunity it deserves in life. 🖤 No, this is about imposing control over women, enslaving them…by other women too. Because the people who support bringing such indignity to women do it to placate their religious and political extremism we see in extremists in countries they will readily spew hate and racism against. They do this so that they can pat themselves on their backs in their false sense of self-imposed religious purity and go on with their lives thinking they’ll go to heaven and live with angels…regardless of the hell they’ve imposed on their fellow human. 🖤 You’re not here to save anyone. You’re just here to impose your archaic beliefs on others, to feel powerful, to make the world feel safe for yourselves because if everything looks the way you want it to look, life makes sense and all that fear you feel and put out in rage against others, now means you are “safe”. #roevwade Artwork by @brennadoodles

I never met Betty White but I remember working on, Melissa and Joey. The director of that episode, David Trainer, told me a story about working with Betty. He said, no matter what, even if they got the take, she always wanted one more. Just one more to see if she could do it better. And that she never missed a party. I loved that. Hearing about her, how passionate she was about her work, no matter how many years she’d been in the business. The story brought to me a sense of possibilities, about the times she came from, how her heart stayed pure and true to her craft and because of that, the joy she got from it and was then able to bring to the world. ❤️ No matter what was going on, she brought the laughs to make you smile. Thank you, Betty White, for all the warmth, love and kindness you gave to us all. Rest In Peace. ❤️ 📸 @bettymwhite
