So please don’t follow any such fad diets or celebrities advice who claim that they have lost so many kilos by not eating anything specifically cos you will end up being nutritionally deficient and then end up visiting a skin specialist for bad skin & hair or a dentist for bad loose teeth or an orthopaedic for hurting knees.
