Did you know? @bakairu first introduced me to afternoon tea at @andaz 4 years ago and it’s been our thing ever since! 😛
This time we got a chance to try the Spring Berry afternoon tea and, needless to say, it was simply fabulous. 😋 It masterfully comprises 9 different kinds of berries into both their sweet and savory bites.
The most impressive was definitely the savory Hokkaido honeyberry (haskap) jelly flan that was nothing short of ✨art✨ (see video) and the gorgeous (and decadent) layers of the 🍓pistachio rouge🍓, which is a miniature version of their popular sweets jar found in their pastry shop. ❤️

美しく、美味しく、オリジナリティのあるものばかりで感動しました！特に、フォアグラのハスカップジュレフランが素晴らしかったー！(動画に映ってるよ！)見た目でジュレとは分からないくらいのアートでしたが、ちゃんとプリプリの食感と北海道のハスカップの味を楽しめられる絶品でした。😋😍
ペイストリーショップで人気のスィーツジャー「ピスタシオ・ルージュ」もミニサイズで楽しめられます✨
パンナコッタ、ラズベリーコンフィ、ピスタシオクランブル、ふわふわのピスタシオクリームの色鮮やかな層を一口で味わうと素敵な味のマリアージュに🥰🍓
