Sunetra Sarker Instagram – Tune in tonight’s #extraordinaryescapes at 9pm on @channel4 where I’ll be exploring the beautiful Norfolk countryside with the simply wonderous Sandi Toksvig, taking in the incredible natural wonders and even spotting some seals!
This adventure was really transformative for me as someone who’s never been very outdoorsy – more of a city girl than country! Since starting my own personal self care journey and working with @leafyard to try to improve my mental fitness, I’ve been making a greater effort to get outside and benefit from the healing power of nature.
