Colin O’Brady Instagram – Shout out to @richroll and his new short film, “Dear Rich”. Beautiful! It got me reflecting on conversations with Rich over the years; some of the most powerful and impactful I’ve had. Can’t imagine anyone else that I could record upwards of 8 hours of podcast conversations with! I’ve been on the @richroll podcast 5 times. There’s a selfie in the collage above from the very first recording in the early days, over 5 years ago now! Incredible to see the impact Rich and his story continues to have on so many, myself included. “Remember this, growth is your purpose. Colin O’Brady Instagram – TIME is your most precious resource. You have enough time if you spend it wisely. When I train or prepare for my big projects, I add a lot onto my already-full schedule. There’s logistics, planning, preparation, and of course hours and hours of physical training. In your own life, when you look at how much more would have to be added to your plate to achieve whatever goal or vision you have for yourself, it’s natural to tell yourself, “I don’t have enough time”. But what will set you apart is your ability to CREATE the time. You are the orchestrator of your schedule, more so than you may realize. Logistics will be involved. Get some help if that’s not your strong suit. It took a small team and a lot of logistics to bring my 50HP project to a World Record success! I share more stories in the @12hourwalk about how we had to maximize TIME in order to summit the 50 High Points in just 21 days. Start looking at how much time gets inefficiently ‘wasted’ during your day-to-day. Where could you strategically hire out or get help. What can you cut out for a season? How much of your day is intentional vs. habit? Can you go for a season without certain things that you’ve grown accustomed to? If it matters enough to you, there are always ways to re-prioritize your time in a way that serves your growth and your BEST LIFE. It will be worth it! #BePossible
