Let it go, Don’t carry it with you. Some pains you have to live with, but we learn to adapt, to cope, but the majority of pain in our lives is held in our hearts and minds and it’s our choice to carry it or let it go. Bad people, the wrong people,the things they’ve done or said, strangers, especially faceless keyboard warriors, crickets and trolls on social,moments, occasions,things we ourselves have said or done. It’s all in the past unless we take it with us. We live and we learn. I’ve never been close to perfect, personally or in my life, what I post in social is a highlight reel to promote positivity, light and love amongst those who want to share that decision and focus on the good in the world instead of all the haters and negativity. If I’ve learnt anything in life, it’s that letting go and dropping any anger, hate, resentment allows you to be free and allow that positivity to over power the negative. We will always have problems, but if we can let go or discard a few, don’t waste time on things we can’t change that live rent free in our minds then we can live a happier life. Without doubt I waited for karma to collect on people but my true freedom only came when I just let go myself and didn’t care anymore. My ship will only sink if I allow it to fill with water. You get to an age or time where you realise nobodies opinions matter unless you give weight to them, Make sure the people you surround yourself with or listen to are there to help your light shine, who are happy watching you grow and thrive in life, who are there in good or bad.Our circles get smaller as we get older and wiser,but when it gets smaller, it also gets tighter, more solid. Focus on the now. We are always so caught up on where we want to be, what we want in life, who we want to be and where in the future, or feel we are our past. Feel that our past defines us, that we can’t escape it, that it holds us back, burnt us,creates a fear,a feeling of insecurity or loneliness. Focus on the now, on today. Every moment is a sliding door opportunity for you to improve or change your day and even your life for the better. Who and what makes you happy? Chase it, hold onto it, embrace it. If it hurts you,makes you feel sad,insecure,angry or jealous, then let it go, it isn’t helping you stay in the light. Stop worrying about what everyone else has or is doing, focus on you. We all have dreams and some admittedly arnt attainable but many moments are. They are easy,attainable for all. Take time out of each day for yourself. I say it over and over, music,movies, tv,books, activities, animals, nature,friends and family are all moments you can take for yourself to improve your mood or day. We are all here because we made it through some shit, some bad times happened but didn’t break us. It hurt but you got through it,take heart from your own strength to have come all this way, through all you have. Life isn’t a competition, you’ve already won,you are still here fighting on and have the opportunities to continue and make more moments and memories. We hurtle towards a sad end as we pollute this planet beyond repair. We have to do more for the sake of the planet, even if it’s individual baby steps,it all helps. This festival I will be wearing as seen in my first outfit couture by @personalmadeforyou #claudiasignaturemontecarlo A local designer here in Monte Carlo Monaco making huge steps in the fashion industry This suit I’m wearing was made entirely from recycled plastics. 🤯🤯🤯 Shiny soft fabric that feels light to wear and can still be striking to look at. Fashion is the second largest pollution source in the world and this designer has found a way of reducing that carbon footprint with their production of raw materials as well as their transformation and distribution. Garments are made from Oeko-Tex and Global Recycled Standard certified fabric.
