Evangeline Lilly Instagram – I was doing some MUCH NEEDED, LONG OVERDUE foundation training this morning and I was reminded, once again, just how important it is that we USE OUR BODIES. My work is in front of a computer 90% of the time and man does it take a toll not just on the body, but on my mind. 🥴😮‍💨 “It is so easy to start to feel so lost, adrift at sea, in the world today. Our minds are vortexes that can suck us in, our screens our best friends and worst enemies, information is there to delude, collude, enlighten and distract us and all of it can get a bit much. Exercise is one of the fastest ways to reconnect to ourselves. Through our bodies, physical reality comes into clearer focus again as added oxygen awakens our cells.
