Lisa Haydon Instagram – 🤙 This must be a thing for a lot of ppl because I’ve never received so many direct messages about a post in agreement and how much they needed to hear this today. I can come back today and talk about it because I feel stronger now. My sister sent me this post to encourage me, and it was so right on I wanted to post it. Someone barked something rude at me. I let it get into my spirit, and in turn, I started to bark at the people around me. Then I realised- why should I let the way other ppl behave turn me into them. Their behaviour has nothing to do with my truth or reality, it’s just their personal perception, which is a reflection of their minds and experience. I listened to an amazing podcast, and it reminded me (and hopefully will remember next Time) that no matter what or how ppl behave or treat you you can choose to believe them or to ignore them. It said “be an eagle, crows like to pester eagles. But, eagles don’t even bother acknowledging crows are there. They just fly higher to an altitude that crows are unable fly to”. P.S not a very Valentine’s Day post ha. But , no this had nothing to do with my sweet husband… it was also our 7 year anniversary 🧡🧡
