There is something to be said about the feeling when you start seeing the effects of your strength training. It’s quite powerful. You feel powerful. It’s one of the best therapies you can do for yourself.
I get it, a lot of people don’t enjoy it. But you gotta tweak things in your way where you can start doing it. Do bodyweight if that’s more your thing. But please do it.
Also, learn from the best people in the world. Very very important. Now, because of instagram, youtube, etc, you can access a lot of people who provide the best and updated education. So do with the correct form. Build slowly. Learn. Repetition is good. Your form eventually gets better and better when you repeat. You don’t need to shock your body with new exercises every time. So REPETITION IS KEY. Build a program (take help for this) and stick to it.
And if any random guy comes to you “correcting your form” ( which annoyingly they feel entitled to), politely tell them that you know better π. Because you do!

With the correct nutrition you can easily become lean if you want to! And NO you don’t have to starve yourself. Information about nutrition is so wrong that everybody thinks that continously decreasing calories will make them lose weight. That’s not how it works ! Please don’t listen to the rampant nutritionist advices! Boils my blood when I listen to all the fad diets!
One of the recent ones i heard… One full day of eating only cabbage and the next day only fruits and the next day something else….. it just goes on !!! ππ
