Austin Vanderford Instagram – A little down… but NEVER out! What a beautiful sport. With all the highs, there are also lows. In competition, I understand this. Still thankful for every opportunity to compete 🙏👊🏻. Last Friday wasn’t my night, but this won’t kill my spirit or my plan to be the best. This only motivates me more and makes me realize how much I really love this sport. Because after the worst of the worst, all I want is to be right back in the gym, working to improve.
