First ever actor photos, before any jobs, or even any auditions. Back then, there was a distinction between a “headshot” and a “composite”. A headshot was just one photo of…you know…your head, and it was for “theatrical” jobs, meaning parts in movies and tv shows. A composite was for commercial auditions, for the true beginners like me. For these, it was recommended to do a variety of looks, such as the sweetheart in a sweater vest, the country boy with a fishing pole, or the tough guy leaning against a chain link fence. 🧐
