DID something change in the way the products were made before and after? The bizarre discrepancy between price of settlement and how expensive the product is and average number of items bought by people with periods is so crazy low. I know I’m privileged in the finance arena but just conceptually it confuses the fuck outta me because if they are hoping to replace dangerous items what they are offering is NOT a refund NOR appropriate compensation for serious long term health issues. THEY MAKE A TWEEN/TEEN line so us parents and caregivers are the ones trying to figure out if we would be poisoning children who have periods and we need WAY more specific info than we have been given. This is actually the scariest part because youngsters can’t actually make an informed choice here. Please comment below if you have any more insight because a read the entire legal document and I can’t tell if it’s a legit complaint about false advertising or a SCARY SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUE.
