My first half @tatamummarathon
What i talk about when i talk about runningβ¦
Last one year i have changed a lot..
I have gravitated towards doing things that makes my inner self happy.
Like Hiking Himalayan mountains, cycling and especially running.
All these activities are very inspiring when u see someone else doing itβ¦
But to get down and actually do them needs a lot of discipline and focus ..
Which means not attending most of the parties i was invited to( Iβm an outcast &loner anyway) and valuing the food that goes in the body and sleeping on time( most important )
It has given me more emotional and mental stability, and disconnecting with the pain and negative thoughts at will ( even if partially)
I could do all this cause i love it.
Do things u love and uβll keep doing themβ¦
Donβt get misguided by what everyone else is doing on social media.. find ur essence,its absolutely worth taking ur time.
On that note love to all β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ
