Mandy Teefey Instagram – One thing that makes @officialwondermind unique is we are our audience. We have good days and shit days with our bodies and minds. So, today was a shit day for me. My heart just felt dull, my head just said no and in comes the downfall. So, I do my best to get going, I try to take a nap, try to hype myself up about every damn thing I am blessed with. I had the self doubt circling me and now I can’t sleep. It’s out of my control for the moment, but will pass. Always know these moments pass. Today I allowed myself to sit in and feel it. My life is really great. Nothing happened. I’m good to read a book until I fall asleep and wake up for next day. Know I’m going through it with you. I just needed to get this out of my mind to help alleviate this lack of control. Goodnight all!!! XO
