David Harbour Instagram – VIOLENT NIGHT opens very late tonight at a theater near you. When I was growing up in the burbs, my friends and I would have creepy dudes hanging around movie theaters but us tickets to get into the R rated flicks on the late Thursday shows. The 12:01ams. I’m a big fan of cinema in all its glorious forms. The art house flick, the blockbuster, the genre film, the rom-com, the action martial arts epic, and yes of course, the Xmas movie. This movie has bits and pieces of all of them. I think it’ll be a special experience in a dark theater with a crowd. It’s a riot, full of action goodness a big beating (in more ways than one) heart.
