Who’s making wings for Fight Night? Showing you all how it’s done with my recipe for Poirier’s Louisiana Style chicken wings:
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees
-Pat dry 20 chicken wings
-Place wings on a baking rack on a baking sheet
-Coat with olive oil and Creole seasoning
-Put wings in the oven for 20 minutes
-Flip the wings
-Cook for another 20 minutes
-While the wings cook, melt ⅓ cup of butter in a big bowl
-Add ½ cup any @poiriersauce and 1 TBSP minced garlic
-Add wings to sauce bowl and toss
-Grill the wings for a couple minutes to char each side
-Toss the wings in the bowl to re-coat with sauce
-Top with green onion & enjoy! Las Vegas, Nevada
