Shout out to all the riders who competed & performed at the @bandidos_pitstop Dirt Extreme 2023. Was a wild night & I am so proud as a Malayali to witness a worldclass FMX event in our own Thrissur, kerala. Thank you @murshid_bandidos @naveedh_vv & @bheegaran for giving me such a glorious welcome. Last day I twisted my ankle while performing a fight sequence for RDX. Everyone was worried cos we had 3 more days to go & I could barely walk. Fortunately my physio @tomyashly showed up at the sets and tapered my leg, so I could finish the fight sequence. In the following days he was constantly helping me to release the tightness and recover from the injury meanwhile also being able to do the stunts. As much as I realised the importance of physiotherapy, not only for recovering from injury but also for strengthening ; I also have to acknowledge and appreciate Ashly’s efforts to show up at locations at odd hours, often midnights and assist me to finish the entire action sequence. This isn’t a paid post, but a genuine thank you post. Let’s get stronger together @tomyashly 🙌🏽
