Last week i completed my first Himalayan trek!
I heard that the Kashmir Great Lakes trek is the most beautiful trek in India, the lakes were surrounded by snow peaked mountains and lavender fields!
Its a 7 day trek which is moderate to difficult.
IT NEEDS TO BE ON YOUR TO-DO LIST!

Earlier this month, i took a 10 day solo trip to kashmir where i completed the Kashmir Great Lakes trek!..
Its a 7 day trek around the alpine lakes of kashmir with the total distance of approximately 75 kilometres!
The shortest day was 10 kms and the longest was 16kms!
The highest altitude was 14260 ft. (and it was freezing cold🥶 )
Its a moderate to difficult trek (more on the difficult side) and not veryy beginner friendly!
BUT IT IS DEFINITELY WORTH IT
