On a lazy Sunday morning while I begin to scroll through my phone and all I see is wedding/Sangeet/Reception attires that are so colourful, charming and classic to watch & own!
But what caught my eyes were the most cutest and affordable collections from @kiarainchennai Adambakkam that truly needs to be a part of everyone’s wardrobe!! ( if you’ve been following me for a long time you’ll know how much kiara means to me)
I absolutely loved putting on every piece of outfit from their newest launch and I must admit I had no heart to walk out from the store.

December came and for the first time I wasn’t looking forward to spend my birthday at all. But to my surprise, my family and friends took so much time and effort to bring out that smile in me and ensured I had the best birthday than ever before.

What can a just a year do to you? I think I’ve pondered over this thought last whole year!!
Trust me, when I say I was blessed (I am) in abundance like never before. I realised it and cherished it every ounce and every inch when I turned 26!
I had some of my life’s best moments this year and one such has been by my ever favourite @surprise_machi to whom I was once a client but now their sister and their family! 😍
I’ve always adored at the kind of effort they take for every client of theirs and when it comes to me, it’s extremely special and I fall for it every single time because they put their soul and heart to see me smile!!
When I got to see these pictures after a few days of the surprise I came to terms how contented I felt being real and raw in front of a camera. These pictures are not edited/not re-touched. They carry multiple emotions from me.
A few are funny, a few are silly, a few which I adore and a few which are crazy!! But that’s the real me. The real side of D who gets extremely excited like a baby when she’s made to feel special (Just like any other girl)

If someone opens my wardrobe they’d figure of shades of ‘Black’ that I’ve bifurcated basis my mood and day! Yassss! That’s how much I love the colour! 🖤
When @theputchi came up with this flawless Black Hakoba dress that has gathers, elasticated puff sleeves, wooden buttons running along the front and a sweetheart neckline, my eyes instantly fell over it and couldn’t move away without making it mine! 🖤
Another weekend came by and I wore it for a brunch with my best friend! I realised how comfortable it was with pockets where I could stuff my keys & phone!
I chose to let my hair down for the evening and paired it with my favourite yellow shoes and coolers.
But a high pony and black is a combo that’d make you look drop dead gorgeous, isn’t it? ( Pony ting ting nu aadum . Hehe )
I promise you’d get some kick-ass instagrammable pictures & you’d come back thank me for it!
Oh wait, I have my closest friends who are walking around with a bump already and ready to deliver!! 🤰I’m going to gift this to them & I’m sure they’ll love it during travels and while nursing their lil one. 👶

How can a simple MRTS in Chennai look so beautiful and how can a plain white dress look drop dead gorgeous in the eyes of GVM, the master film maker?
That was my only thought throughout that day!!
Everytime I’ve travelled in MRTS, there’s some raw vibe and connect that would truly want me to spend more time and explore what it is to travel everyday in an MRTS.
Also, I really loved how @label.keara brought out what exactly was in my mind. She picked up a plain Hakoba white fabric and made a beautiful custom fit top and I picked up a white pant and dupatta to go with as I never wanted to mix shades in the outfit.
The team was so courteous to listen to my requests and made it such that it fit me like a glove!
I’m sure she has more colours and more ideas that will bring out some exciting outfits.
These are perfect and beautiful to be worn on any day of the week and to anywhere under the sky! 🤍

Everytime I’ve travelled in MRTS, there’s some raw vibe and connect that would truly want me to spend more time and explore what it is to travel everyday in an MRTS.
Also, I really loved how @label.keara brought out what exactly was in my mind. She picked up a plain Hakoba white fabric and made a beautiful custom fit top and I picked up a white pant and dupatta to go with as I never wanted to mix shades in the outfit.
The team was so courteous to listen to my requests and made it such that it fit me like a glove!
I’m sure she has more colours and more ideas that will bring out some exciting outfits.
These are perfect and beautiful to be worn on any day of the week and to anywhere under the sky! 🤍
I’d love to keep repeating this piece of outfit for more number of times so that I feel more of Meghna in me!! 🥹🤍
