Elizabeth Smart Instagram – There’s a lot of responsibility that comes with parenting. Lately, I’ve been thinking about the important conversations I’m going to have with my kids. The one that has been on my heart lately is about consent. Consent is more than a form you fill out that allows your kid to play soccer, go on a field trip, or be treated by a doctor. Consent is a lifestyle practice where your boundaries and wants are respected and validated, and that same courtesy is extended to others.
