Devastating earthquakes have affected families in Türkiye and Syria—your urgent response is needed to save lives.
Two powerful earthquakes have struck in south-eastern Türkiye and northern Syria. Thousands of people are confirmed dead across Türkiye and Syria, with numbers expected to rise. Amongst those affected inside Syria are Syrians who are still displaced in their own country and living in flimsy shelters, tents and partially destroyed buildings. In Türkiye, the impact also includes thousands of refugees, and the communities that have been generously hosting them for nearly 12 years.
The earthquake has destroyed people’s homes and local infrastructure—families are in urgent need of relief items and shelter. Severe winter storms are sweeping through the region—families need urgent protection from icy winds, snow and rain.
UNHCR is on the ground with emergency items including tents, blankets and hygiene items.

Haven’t posted about cooking in a while!
This is my own (very made up) recipe: Cauliflower Rice Chicken Curry with Coconut Cream 🥥 it’s very low carb, great protein, no added sugar & full of flavour.
Here is what i do:
-Stir fry diced onions
-Cut 1 aubergine in cubes & add to onions
-Slice 1 small cauliflower & put in a blender to make a rice
-When onions & aubergines are soft add the cauliflower rice, 500g of chicken, then tomato passata, two big spoons of coconut cream, a lot of paprika, a lot of mild curry powder, some salt, some garlic purée & stir it all until really mixed & creamy.
As soon as the chicken turns from pink to white on the inside, it’s ready to serve
Add a dollop of extra virgin olive oil & serve for 2

-Jump on a trampoline among the AlUla mountains
-Dance with Mickey and Minnie at the Dubai Expo
-Have the time of my life with the Ahlan SimSim characters.
-Share with you all more through AB Talks.
-Return to all the big awards & festivals post covid & get together again with my fav celebs (John Travolta at the Joy Awards woohoo)
-Enjoy quiet time in my beloved Protaras
-Shoot 2 amazing covers!
-Bling in Bulgari
-Host amazing events especially Red Sea!
On a personal level it was also not the best year with many challenges especially the loss of my dad.
I want to thank everyone for all the love i get everywhere i go in the arab world. Soo much love back
