And that was the only way I wouldn't wake up groggy LOL. And ofcourse, when it comes to singing I just can't contain myself. Loving this song. Do you want me to sing more often? 🥰 #music #morningmood #instareels #morningvibes #musicalmornings

Shritama Mukherjee Instagram – Cold is in the air 🤧 but why pop pills when you can heal your body naturally? I tried this kadha recipe from @thegreenmavenn (honestly, my go-to place whenever I’m in a crisis “situation”😄)

The Classic Kadha recipe 👇

Ingredients:

4-5 Tulsi leaves

Pinch of black pepper powder

¼ inch piece of ginger

1 cup of water

¼ tsp raw honey (optional)

Direction to Prepare:

Boil tulsi leaves and ginger in 1 cup of water until the quantity is reduced to ½ cup.

Sprinkle some black pepper powder and let it cool a bit. Now add the raw honey.

Drink the kadha while it is still warm to provide relief to sore throat, cold and cough.

More info: A Kadha is a concoction of herbs and spices boiled in water to boost immunity along with providing relief from symptoms like cold and cough.

While every family has a unique ayurvedic kadha recipe passed down through the generations, most of these recipes feature tulsi and ginger as a key ingredient. Tulsi is a household plant in India and often referred to as the elixir of life due to its medicinal properties.

Both tulsi leaves and ginger have potent anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties that help battle infections caused by bacteria or seasonal viruses.

P.S: Drink this 2-3 times a day. Really relaxing for the throat and opens up nasal congestion.

Shritama Mukherjee Instagram – Dude, my dryness was “instantly and visibly” goneeeee! Not just the skin but also my 👄 felt super soft, plump and moisturized. (JFYI this serum + moisturizer by @tgmbeauty_ is bliss for my thirsty skin while on the go 💦).

P.S: Don’t mind my chipped nail paint.

Let me know in the comments if you too could see a visible difference in my skin 😀
