A personal piece I wrote in today’s @theststyle for @thetimes about my journey to get pregnant. I’m so grateful to those that shared their stories with me, it helped me to feel less alone and make sense of the many confusing thoughts around infertility. So I wanted to share back! I hope one day no one will experience the same silent shame that I often felt during this time. During the IVF process I embarked on an underwater dance film which played a big part in how I regained my confidence. Here’s our film… ‘Espirit de Corps’ – The common spirit existing in the members of a group and inspiring enthusiasm, devotion and strong regard for the honour of the group’ I was doing IVF during filming.
