Home Actress Deeksha Joshi HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers March 2023 Deeksha Joshi Instagram - People pleasing is our body and mind protecting us from abuse, humiliation and basically any kind of criticism or conflict. It is harmful because we tend to stop prioritising ourselves and eventually feel a deep sense of identity crisis. People pleasing and fawning are mechanisms that our systems develop over time. However, the good news is that we can work on them and heal ourselves. It’s a process and it will take time.. so we’ve got to be patient and let the magic happen. ✨✨♥️ P.S. Been there. Am there. Working on that. 🤓

Deeksha Joshi Instagram – I’m practicing trusting my journey and connecting with myself more and more with each passing day. I’m learning and understanding why it is important to love myself. I knew that I had to take this journey but the resistance we have within us towards our growth (especially since we become very comfortable being stagnant) didn’t allow me to move even an inch towards my healing. I can very proudly say that I’ve not given up on myself and I never ever ever will. The fear of being abandoned and being alone had engulfed me and trust me living in anxiety and fear all day all night for years is unimaginably difficult. And it creeps in without us knowing. If you’re also struggling with the same, I assure you that this can be worked on. This can be healed! Be patient and know that it will all be fine! ♥️✨
Deeksha Joshi Instagram – The last two days have been full of love, warmth, acceptance, realisations, relaxation, inspiration, purity, inclusivity and everything cosy you can think of! I’ve found a wonderful family in my fellow psychodrama trainees and trainers.

We often avoid healing and quite a lot of times it comes in the form of physical, unavoidable obstacles. I wasn’t very consistent with my classes last year because of my work schedule but 2023 onwards I resolute to never miss psychodrama workshops anymore. I promise to prioritise my healing and health before anything else. And most importantly I promise to love myself a little more everyday. Thank you to each and every one of these beautiful people in this workshop. You’ve given me the gift of a lifetime! ✨♥️

@maanas_tis Eternally grateful to you for this. I’m looking forward to becoming a psychodramatist one day 🥹✨🌱🙏
