Honestly, Kieran, one of these days your fingers are gonna get stuck this way. when #KingColeBar is not available, make lemonade. (or something like that)
Thrilled to be at THE #vanityfair party last night. Great to see old friends and also to meet so many fascinating people I have admired from afar

Or watch it on-demand or on a streaming app available on your TV or streaming device if you have cable. ❤️ @theyearbetweenfilm @thementallytrillest @wyattoleff

Go Knicks! They won! That was very exciting. I was told I might be on the Jumbotron so my good pal @magotes and I tried to get filmed snogging, but instead they picked a shot of me grinning like the village idiot. Then we had Emeralds™️ at a little Irish bar called “Lost and Found”, on 8th Ave.. They’re the Manhattans of Ireland: substitute Irish whisky and orange bitters. Really good!

#edwardhopper @thewhitneymuseum Visited the phenomenal Edward Hopper exhibit at the Whitney yesterday. weird selection here, but; Self portrait (had no idea previously of what he looked like), no idea he had such an elaborate portfolio of etchings and illustrations and advertisements. I have always just thought of his amazing cityscapes, or solitary New Yorkers lost in thought or in partial view. He’s a remarkable colorist. But these are a few images I wasn’t familiar with. He was also an avid theater goer! meticulously saved his stubs; saw a zillion broadway plays (for $2.50) and sat in the balcony of cinema palaces now lost to New York. Here I included his stub from the extraordinary Ruth Draper (find her monologs on youtube!). Also —the pharmacy? that’s now my favorite bookstore @threelivesandcompany ❤️
