And I cannot stress its benefits enough. But this morning; it was just not coming. It was not. The last days I haven’t been getting in much sleep, was drinking and eating out more then usual - this happen when you have guests over 😅 and I just have been wanting enjoy the life the fullest. ( Especially nowadays when you cannot be sure how long it’s gonna lasts 😏 But today I was just totally off. Really didn’t feel like doing it. “It might be better to skip it today, or you can do it later, maybe before the bed…” Or/And “Always this meditation 🧘🏼‍♀️ , your Pilates 🤸🏼‍♂️, physiotherapy, eating your greens 🥬 , doing the right thing, being nice to everyone ( even the idiots, especially those 😂😅)….” My Ego’s voice 😎 “You can do it. Meditation is hard. X being pissed off, out of enlightenment, angry, mad, anxious, worried, undecided 🤷🏼‍♀️ , getting crazy 😛 , stupid …. Is hard.” CHOOSE YOUR HARD. My Higher Self whispered to me. So I went. In the madness of my desire for sleep, hangover 🤕 , thoughts running like a crazy 😝 , noises from outside, my mum making the breakfast,…. “One cannot even just simple meditate here!!” I wanted to scream 😱 out loud. Well, there’s no such a thing as bad meditation. And there’s no the perfect 😍 meditation 🧘🏼‍♀️ neither. There’s no such a thing like perfect life. Perfect boyfriend. Perfect job. Perfect body. Perfect home. Perfect… No Perfection is just the mind-trap!! PERFECTION IS JUST A FORM OF SELF-ABUSE IN ITS MOST PERFECT FORM. ☝🏻 We’re humans. We’re not made to be perfect but to work on our beautiful imperfections every single day when using the perfection as the North Star 🌟 for our progress. Day by day. Step by step. Everything looks amazing 🤩 
We seem like “having it all” when looking from outside. (I have “glamorous life” of fashion model; means everything it’s easy and I don’t even need to move my finger and have it all already 😂😅 

But HOW DOES IT ACTUALLY FEEL FROM INSIDE?
Are you happy? Do I feel like your life is meaningful to You and the people around You?
Do you feel like living your dreams?

Living with purpose also means to LIVE ON PURPOSE. 

It doesn’t need to be a big thing. You don’t need to wait till you will reach some of your goals like being the CEO of the company, traveling around the world, making certain amount of money, having more education or start a non-profit organization or charity.
– those things are avenues on our purpose

But THE PURPOSE comes from within us – and so it’s always available. Even right now 😊
