Continuing our two before ten challenge, today we are adding 30g of dried fruit to our porridge! If, like me, you’re stretched for time in the mornings, this is such a quick and easy way of ensuring you’re starting off your day in the right way. Just 30g counts as one of your 5-a-day, and it contains important nutrients to help maintain healthy immune and digestive systems. It’s a really easy shortcut for us as a family to get extra fruit into our diet which is why we love it.
