Dad has his spirit for silly back so we are all smiles 🤣 Getting better every day! Each day he has doubled his steps when he just wanted to sleep.
He has the heart of a champion which we remind him of each time the challenge and pain feels too great.
The best medicine is love, compassion, prayer and the most wonderful rehab team❣️
It’s so important to have a support team around you that believes in you even in the times you feel like you can’t believe in yourself.
One day we are the giver, the next day we can be the receiver. There is a sacred balance to life. And remember, in giving we do truly receive so don’t take away the gift of another who wants to help you. Just say yes and thank you 😁

Over the weekend I took myself on an adventure and found this special place deep in the Montana mountains. The Hot Springs were filled with natural forming minerals… I especially loved the pool with extra silica. But what made the experience more invigorating and healing was the cold plunge. My energy stayed so high and my mind so clear until it was time for sleep, and yes I had a deep sleep. I used to finish each shower with a cold rinse when I was hosting Live TV like the Miss Universe Pageants and needed my mind and body to be energized. Then later I moved on to cryotherapy when doing Dancing with the Stars. Many people have been sharing their experiences in cold plunges and even stepping into huge baths of ice. Be gentle with yourself, but at the same time don’t be afraid to take a leap into the cold, if even for a few seconds and let me know what you experience.
2023 We are ready! Nothing can stop us if we believe in ourselves and all the goodness we have to share ✨ Be clear with your dreams and intentions and be true to the Light within you … shine… shine… shine✨❣️✨

I’ve been spending time with my dad and family as he recovers from a broken hip. As you can see in the reel, dad is a man who doesn’t like to sit still and at 81 stole the show at Tiffany’s wedding with his dance moves🕺🏻🥰
This time has been a beautiful reminder of how important it is to be present with those we love, listen deeply with compassion and allow our hearts to heal even the wounds we may have tucked away, so we can love even deeper❣️. #daddysgirl❤️ #daddydaughterdance
