Surabhi Santosh Instagram – It’s been so long and I forgot how it feels to wake up with the sun. Our generation is plagued with the curse of instant entertainment like social media, video games, OTT content.. that we spend hours on it and forget to lead life in a disciplined way. I too was guilty of having a whack schedule but I made a conscious decision to change it all this year. I’ve been waking up early, practicing dance, meditating, eating healthy and I can already see the positive influence it has on my body and mind. If this post can encourage anyone to try it out. I think I will be glad! Influencing, I realized, is not about advising you on clothes, make up or what to buy, it is required no doubt, but I feel bringing about a positive influence in someone’s life… making them sit and think for a second, reflect is what “influencing” truly stands for.
