Dear world,
Isn’t life all about seeking blessings and passing it to everyone around you ?
Every day before I leave for school, my Amita didi makes do ‘jai jai’ and daily affirmations to make sure that I am always healthy, happy and protected, and I in turn share those blessings with my mumma, my didis and also my dadda’s photograph that stuck on the fridge.
Praying and chanting everyday morning and evening is definitely my jam.. I wonder if my folks seeded that into my system ever since they named me Sufi.. 🤔

We used to laugh at every cliche which came with parenthood only to realise that so much of it now hits home. Not to say life was any less fulfilling or beautiful when it was just the two of us but it’s hard to sometimes put into words what it feels to be around a life you have jointly created with your thought, prayer & the actual deed and that he is so much of the both of you but yet so much more of himself, his karma & his soul purpose.

Karan Johar immortalised, ‘It’s all about loving your family’ and Sufi is ready to be the honorary president of that club. All he wanted for his 2nd birthday was his Nana Nani and extended family.
We threw in a clown as surprise as nothing fascinates him more in this world than a ‘Ball Bhaiya’ (His literal Hindi translation for what a juggler does)
All in all it was a rather fun day spent in nature amidst people he adores. Thank you for your blessings and love for the young man!
