Brandon Quinn Instagram – I heard a quote once regarding how difficult cycling can be, “I don’t have to do it but I get to do it”.
I 💙cycling. I’m new to it but I really love it. It’s hard and it’s challenging and to my surprise, that’s one of the main reasons I love it.
I’ve never loved cardio exercise. I hate it actually – especially running.
However as I get older, I find the need for it more and more both physically and mentally.
I think about that quote every single time I clip in. It’s a privilege to be able to push my body and mind and it’s something that has come to have a whole new meaning for me over the past 8 months and I don’t plan on letting up.
