Brandon Quinn Instagram – I know I posted this on my stories, so this may be a tad redundant but it feels so good to finally share this. This show, this job, it means more to me than any other job in my career as it represents so much.
It represents struggle;
It represents frustration and so many tears;
it represents selling my home and moving to a new city to try and reinvent myself;
It represents taking my kids away from the only home and life they’ve ever known, their friends, their school and their sports.
It represents my wife leaving behind a life and friends she loves more than words can say;
It represents not being fully happy with who I was and digging really deep to ask myself who I really want to be;
it represents fortitude;
it represents self discovery;
it represent the beauty of difficult but much needed change;
It represents hard work;
It represents my spirituality and it represents the many incredible people I have in my life who love me and support me and believe in me.
And lastly, it represents SO much gratitude!
Supporting yourself and a family as an artist is not an easy task and can sometimes mentally and physically tear you down. The highs are so high but the the lows can sometimes be terrifying. I tip my hat to all my fellow artists out there who decided to take the path less traveled to fill a part of their soul that only art and creating can fill.
