This week, it’s time for Evil Dead to meet Impractical Jokers!
On the new episode we have the great Bruce Campbell on as our guest. I have been obsessed with this man since I was 12. To say he’s a hero would be a massive understatement. I wanted to be him. Kinda still do.
The Evil Dead series is one of my most beloved and life long obsessions. We recreated the cabin in the woods on Staten Island, and I even pulled out the Crown Vic to stand in for Sam Raimi’s Oldsmobile. Despite all this, it’s still a wicked punishment. Can’t wait for you primitive screwheads to see this.
The timing of a new Evil Dead movie coming out this month is actually a total coincidence, but I’ll take it.

Evil Dead Rise is in theaters today. Time to see who can spot my cameo in the movie. It’s true, “Staten Island Ash” is hidden in @evildead Rise!
They wanted to make my take on Ash an official part of the Evil Dead canon, so they figured out a way to make it happen.

Thanks to the great @shemp_malone for promising to direct me through that punishment like Raimi directed him while making Evil Dead. That is to say, without mercy. It was hard but honestly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I’ll take it.
This came out so well because of the always excellent Impractical Jokers crew. They stepped it up and had fun with this one, putting in so much time to get the details right. We can never do anything without them and I owe my entire career to them and I love them.

This is me being taught how to shoot a basketball by Anthony Davis of the @lakers . He actually took the time to teach me how he shoots and the whole time I was thinking how many people would kill for that. Super nice dude and so much fun to work with. People are gonna be surprised how funny and into he got.

On tonight’s Impractical Jokers is the one and only @kalpenn and I couldn’t be happier. Kal was on the initial dream list of guests we came up with before we started season 10.
Kal worked for a President, he fought Superman, but it was Harold & Kumar that made me love this man. Those movies are right up my alley. All three are endlessly watchable for me, and so funny. They don’t make many comedies like that anymore and the world is worse off for it.
Man, I hope they make another Harold & Kumar movie. But for now, watch the man on #impracticaljokers tonight on @tbsnetwork and @trutv !!
I can not play guitar and I can’t sing well, but when John Mayer sings Free Falling, you bet I’ll get up and pretend to be able to do both. Great moment. Insane I got to sing one of my favorite songs with John. Insane.
