Nothing like a morning workout. Pre-breakfast to get you energized for the day ahead. I’ve changed my routine- now I do upper strength once, lower strength once, rehab once, cardio once a week plus one or two Pilates sessions. Sometimes I’ll combine some of these workouts to save time. Pilates really gets my core, balance and flexibility going. 👊🌴

Spent some great days with my beautiful daughter Greta in Stockholm, Sweden. I miss her already. 💙
Last year, this 54 year old security guard and father of three, stepped in to save somebody from being shot in a Stockholm gym. A place I train in when I visit my home country of Sweden. The shooter, an Armenian working for a criminal gang fired and shot the man in the head, killing him. The murderer who was 16 at the time was then granted Swedish citizenship while being wanted for the murder! He was convicted last week of the murder and sentenced to – wait for it..,2 years and 11 months in a youth correctional facility. He’ll be out in a year or so. That’s the price Sweden puts on a brave and innocent man’s life. Talk about getting away with murder. Unbelievable but unfortunately true. Wake up Sweden! 🇸🇪👊

Ankle update!
Part of my ankle rehab. Yesterday’s leg press. I add a band around my knees for extra glute activation. Slow and controlled movement. After an injury the lower extremities it’s important to improve strength and function of the entire lower body.

I like to add a drop set at 50-60% of my work load as the final set of each exercise. Gives quicker results. 👊
My breakfast for the past few years: Oatmeal with fruit, 2 boiled eggs and Earl Grey tea with milk. Protein combined with simple/complex carbs 👊
