Every now and then I take my Geo Metro out for a spin. (When I was homeless it was a car just like this that was my shelter).
If looking back at how far you’ve come doesn’t make you thankful, I don’t know what will.
There’s no way to be ungrateful when you appreciate every blessing you have. And if you’re still in the struggle please fight on…. It’s so sweet on the other side of pain.

I saw this randomly this morning… I sent it to @oprah and called her. I asked, “Did you KNOW when you were sitting there in your 20s?” She said, “I didn’t know the future but I knew who held the future and I knew that where I was, wasn’t where I would stay.” We both had a beautiful God moment of gratitude.
To everyone who knows that there is something greater out there waiting for you — don’t be afraid to take the next step. It’s scary and hard at times, but a beautiful journey. Do me a favor if you will, find someone to encourage to keep dreaming today. You may be the spark they need. Blessings.
