An alley that was once used for filming make outs and supernatural murders has become a place for making memories. This was my first time walking around Covington GA in many years. I don’t have all the words to describe what it’s like to see this town, that we spent years of our lives together filming in, bring Mystic Falls to life. Just many feelings of gratitude. #tvdforever
Seriously…home is where the blood bags are 🩸 #missmysticfallsinthehouse Mystic Falls
I am in awe of all of the teenagers who were at the Nashville Capitol Building this morning. Hearing them describe their experiences of growing up with active shooter drills. Their fears. How angry they are to be let down time and time again. School shooting after school shooting. How brave this young generation is to show up and tell the lawmakers, who they aren’t even old enough to vote for, that they are failing them. The audacity of many of the lawmakers today to walk by these kids with fear in your eyes, unable to even acknowledge them. What cowards you are. As if these kids don’t fear walking to their next class every day in school because of the lax gun laws a majority of these elected officials are supporting, and making on a daily basis. To those elected officials who avoided making any eye contact today with the angry parents who have had to have, yet again, another painful conversation with their young children this week, and look THEM in the eye to try to reassure them that they are safe…have the guts to face the consequences that your lax gun laws create in your own community. Innocent lives were lost, yet again, this week. How many more must die? To the elected officials who showed your support and shook the hands of these children and parents today, thank you. To the elected officials who feel that we disrupted your day…I offer you the same thoughts and prayers you offer those who have lost loved ones to senseless gun violence. Do better.
