Some precious moments that I had to share from our Manali workshop—
1. Our clowning exercise. Which was fun promax! 😂♥️ @hetpanchall @ravalneel114 and @urvesh.solanki.313 were such a treat to watch! They have outperformed themselves in this workshop and I can’t wait to work with them ♥️
2. I was an AD in both the films we managed to make in 2 days. @azlaan_tirmizi helped me and how!! ✨🥹
I’m kind of a pro now! It was so much fun working with him, noting the takes that were okay.. just being on the set all the time! Thank you Azleshhh also for teaching me TT!! 🤗🤗🤗 Oh and his monologue was SUPER!
3. @heytheresomewhere Clicked some really pretty pictures of me. He also made this lovely origami customised gift with a hidden message for each of us on the last day. Jay’s energy cannot be matched! He is crazy and in a brilliant way! Keep growing keep glowing ♥️✨
4. @pritesh.acharya is a brilliant brilliant actor! I’ve met talented actors but most of them were lazy. This guy however, is so sincere.. So hardworking.. I’m in awe of him! 😍 the same goes for @chetanranjann and @hetpanchall ! I want to watch you more and more often!
5. @chetanranjann is a magician. He can bring the highest intensity possible to him in milliseconds on screen. I am rooting for you! What a brilliant actor, one of those who is so natural, you don’t feel he’s acting! 🥰 🥹✨
6. @iparthnparmar is effortless. He’ll come, perform and go! And you won’t even know!! He’s got the sense, especially camera sense! And the man is crazy* 1 million ! Like he says- “mujhe koi ek baar milta hai to kabhi bhool nahi sakta”. I +1k this!! 🥰♥️

8. @ravalneel114 – He’s so good at listening. His approach towards characterisation is very sincere. Neel! I’m already proud of you for achieving so much depth in your performance already! Keep growing ✨♥️ and @urvesh.solanki.313 – He’s my favourite kid on the block! 🥰
9. @harshaldave_hd and @dhrupadshukl OH MY GOD!! These non actors are such powerful natural performers! I am sooo impressed by you both! ♥️

This was my view today while doing Kalari. It was around three degrees and I am sooo fortunate that these majestic mountains, chirpy birds, beautiful flowers are supporting me in my journey of exploration of the body. I’m sure that if I keep showing up, nature will nurture me and help me give my best in life.
The session helped me generate a lot of warmth from within.
This is the first time that a physical workout regime has not drained me, instead it is giving me a different sort of high. I urge everyone to give this practice a try and transform themselves in and out.
