Ula下個月要滿七個月，天天伸懶腰長高、散步玩耍長肌肉，隨時訓練、隨時教導也讓她長腦袋更機靈，天天帶著她探索人類社會，認識這個世界，我們一起蹲下來看麻雀，一起去機場觀景台聽飛機起降引擎聲，一起坐在公車站感受大型車進站的熱氣和開關門的氣壓聲，一起跟家人去海邊踩踩浪花、瘋狂挖沙坑，也搭101的電梯感受耳壓變化，我們到餐廳吃飯帶著她，就在一旁乖乖等待休息，她也跟著我外出工作，進出不同場合、大樓，她用小小的腳掌感覺地板材質的差異，勇敢的穿梭在街道上，直接面對所有的友善和不友善；
寄養家庭的任務是帶著幼犬社會化，並且落實所有基本訓練的指令，鼓勵幼犬盡可能探索，同時必須完全服從而且聽指令、有規矩，訓練老師給了我一個很好的觀念：「不是要孩子都不犯錯，而是犯錯後的提醒、糾正和學習。」狗狗表現完美也不吝於讚美、獎賞和鼓勵，要在狗狗心中建立權威，但卻不心生恐懼，愛她也尊重她，完全是愛的教育的實踐啊！
我在想，教孩子應該跟導盲犬差不多吧？養過導盲犬會不會對生孩子更有信心呢？啊！導盲犬不會哭，更不會頂嘴，這應該是致命的差異🫢

Ula is my first trainee puppy from @twguidedog. She will be turning 7 month old in two weeks. Everyday i watch her grow more mature and smarter and learn how to navigate the world. As puppy walker/family I couldn’t be more proud of my beloved baby Ula.
We know the life-changing difference Guide Dogs make, and that’s why donation or volunteer work play important role within the training process.
It’s also an important day for businesses, industries and the wider community to recognize how a guide and assistance dog refusal can have serious implications for the immediate safety of a person with low vision or blindness.
