How To Cook with Blue Oyster Mushrooms! I grew these mushies using spawn from my friends at @northsporemushrooms, but you can also forage these in the winter or find them at your local market. To recreate this, simply shove them on a stick in a fun 🦵 shape, whisk dry ingredients (garlic powder, onion powder, nutritional yeast, paprika) with wet ingredients (liquid aminos, liquid smoke, maple syrup, sriracha, olive oil) then coat the mushrooms, bake at 350 rotating the skewer twice for 20 minutes.
