Jazmyn Simon Instagram – I received my favorite kind of mail today…on a day that I was feeling low. A solid reminder to myself: I did a thing. A thing I hope helps generations of children- and if not children- at least one child.
I cried when I read it, as this was the very first thing I had ever written- and it gave me the confidence to keep writing (to which now I get paid. Both with books AND writing for TV!!!)
The art elevates the book a million fold and I have @shamarknightjustice to thank for that. And to my man- my partner in all things- a big ole thank you!
