This is a public announcement that a letter of intent to sue has been sent to President Shelly Lakly, Board Chairman Glenn Ross and the Board of Directors @NoahsArkClub under the Endangered Species Act. They have until May 22, 2023 to resolve the issues involving lack of care or a lawsuit will be filed in FEDERAL COURT. Please watch and share our video.
