Justina Machado Instagram – Today I turned 50 I could never imagine what this would feel like or look like… but here are some things I’d like to share. – Always stretch – Drink lots of water – Exercise isn’t just about getting skinny it’s important for your mind and soul – Go to bed!!! – Always Wear sunscreen – Go for it – Don’t be scared – You’ll survive – Take more trips – Consistency with yourself will save you a lot of heart ache – Know your worth – Take a compliment – Yes you’re that good – Smile you’ll feel better – Go to the party – Go to dinner, your script will still be there to study when you get home – It’s ok to make the first move – You are not what you do – If you don’t get this job its ok to mourn it but get over it, you have so much more ahead of you – Sometimes friendships don’t last it’s ok – Love fiercely – Vulnerability isn’t weakness – Discipline isn’t boring – If he doesn’t walk you to your car… keep it moving. – You’re not crazy – Generational trauma is real but it can also be broken – You’re not broken – Therapy is good – It’s ok to live a good life and enjoy it – I’m grateful!!
