We were amidst professional snorkelers and I was the only one who was terrified:) At one point I swallowed lot of water and thought I was drowning. I screamed for help and of course Ram and Ashwin were close by. I lost all my confidence, was literally shivering and thought I would never do it again!!!

But, today, though I didn’t go too deep, throughout Ram was with me, encouraging me, without belittling my experience. Slowly I gained confidence and hopefully tomm will be better.

It is not just this one experience, this is just an example of how he has been my pillar of unconditional support. Whenever I go thru my struggles, one thing I am eternally grateful for is this gift from God, someone who respects me for what I am, with all my imperfections❤️❤️

Nothing serious, but fell down flat on the bed while waking up, all tests including ECG and MRI is ok, diagnosed as vertigo

There are many who wanted to know how I shed the extra kgs, here is what worked for me, my neighbor and good friend Dr Leena was the inspiration and she gave me some tips :

Dinner at 7 pm , preferably low carb diet and lot of pulses and paneer , veggies since we r vegetarians, non vegetarians have more options . I have breakfast after 12 to 15 hrs after dinner . This worked for me, lost around 8 kgs without starving and obsessing on exercise. It happened over a period of 6 months which I feel is good 👍

Ved is a very confident child, he had no anxiety to stay back without his parents, he is social and very fond of people . Someone had commented on my video, where I spoke about sleep training, they were suggesting co- sleeping is better. I have seen many children in our own extended family , who co sleep but have extreme stranger anxiety and cling on to the mother. Sleep training is for the SAFETY of the CHILD and not for the CONVENIENCE of PARENTS! Infants run the risk of suffocation if they co sleep on cushiony beds with huge comforters and blankets, esp in the west , co sleeping has to be done with care. As long as parents take informed decisions , all is well, there is no place for judgement :) They know what is best for their child .

I am amazed at the way Sharu and Ashwin are bringing him up, they are aware, they discuss with peers, read up a lot, talk to elders in the family , Ved is first priority and they make no compromise.
